Frame Reflow Line for Solar Module Production a

    The frame reflow line can complete the automatic disassembly and reflow of the laminating frame in double glass module laminating process section. The main functions are to install the laminating frame of the module to be laminated, to remove the laminating frame after laminating, to transfer the laminating frame and to reflow and carry the laminating frame back. Besides, the functions of sticking tape of module to be laminated and laminating frame, ripping tape, visual defect detection of laminating frame, NG removing of laminating frame and caching of laminating frame can be selected according to different process requirements.
• The line adopts PLC, servo, machine vision and other advanced automation technologies to realize automatic disassembly and reflow of the laminating frame in double glass module laminating process section;
• The line is placed on the laminator machine, occupying little area;
• High degree of automation greatly reduce need of manpower that transfer double glass module laminating frame required;
• Each functional unit in the line adopts modular design to facilitate maintaining and upgrading;
• The information display system equipped by default has fault classification and downtime statistics, and can generate production capacity, fault time and fault classification proportion graphics and data reports, to intuitively analyze and control the operation status of the equipment.
